Sustainability and Future Planning Illustration

The Current Challenge

The DWP Access to Work programme often funds individuals who lack specialised training, applying a neurotypical coaching model that is ineffective and can be detrimental to neurodivergent clients. This system fails to create meaningful, lasting support.

Our Innovative Solution

We train certified Neurocoaches with a deep awareness of neurodiversity. Our programme teaches them to use a strengths-based model and innovative tools, such as machine learning, to create effective learning bridges for individuals with dyslexia and other neurodivergent conditions.

A Self-Sustaining Future

This highly skilled workforce can be funded directly by the DWP, filling a critical gap in service provision. This ensures the project’s longevity and continued impact long after the initial funding period, creating a lasting positive change for the neurodiverse community.
